Scholarships are made possible through the generosity of our donors.
For the 2025–2026 season, FSST awarded $11,800 in direct scholarship support for athlete training and participation. These scholarships are made possible through the generosity of our donors, sponsors, and community partners who believe in expanding access to alpine sports for every young athlete.
To offer a glimpse into the impact of this support, here is an excerpt from one of this year’s heartfelt thank-you letters:
“This is really great news — so helpful. [Athlete] was determined to ski this year, more than ever. It's great to see her so excited to get on the mountain. We can see how her last couple of years with the team have given her the skill and confidence she takes to the slopes.
We are extremely grateful for the support from FSST. The team scholarship is especially helpful this year. Extended family have helped with the ski pass and gear. We are grateful — and still sorting out what's next. In the meantime, we’re so happy she can be on the team this year. She did the scholarship app solo — I didn't even get a peek.
We look forward to seeing you soon. Thanks for all you do all year round.”
This is just one example of the meaningful difference these scholarships make for families and athletes in our community.
