All-Mountain Ski & Snowboard Coaches
In this role, you won’t just teach technique—you’ll inspire confidence, foster a spirit of adventure, and help athletes navigate everything the mountain has to offer, from steeps and trees to moguls and park features. You’ll work with motivated athletes who are eager to learn, push themselves, and grow both on and off the snow.
Head All-Mountain Coach
This role is for someone who thrives on terrain variety and athlete development, and who understands that success isn't just measured by skills—but by confidence, connection, and stoke. You’ll lead a dynamic, progression-focused program that blends freeride, skill building, and exploration, while guiding other coaches and creating an environment where athletes feel challenged, supported, and inspired.
Freestyle Ski Coach
This role is perfect for someone who knows that style matters as much as skill—and that building trust and confidence is the foundation of every trick. You’ll work with athletes who are hungry to learn—from first boxes and jumps to dialing in spins and stomping landings. Whether it's coaching in the park, exploring natural features, or breaking down video clips, you’ll help athletes grow with intention, creativity, and respect for the mountain.
Freestyle Snowboard Coach
In this role, you’ll coach stoked young riders through everything from park fundamentals to technical tricks—helping them build confidence, style, and resilience along the way. You know how to keep it safe, make it fun, and push just enough to spark growth. Whether it's dialing in a clean 180 or celebrating a breakthrough in the start gate, you’re there to guide, hype, and mentor.
